Pat was very responsive and patient while we evolved our wants and needs over the course of a few months.

We met Pat in Oct.
2023 after my Dad passed away and we had to sell his condo. She was recommended to us by a former neighbor. Pat was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. We had never sold a property before, and she helped walk us through every step of the process. She guided us through all the inspections and certificates that were needed to sell the condo. When we needed outside help, she had reliable people to go to for cleaning, rug cleaning and plumbing and electric. With Pat's expertise we were able to sell the condo in less than two months and less than two weeks after it was listed. We received more than the asking price and we know that we couldn’t have done that without her help. Dealing with Pat and Weichert was a very pleasant experience.
