We knew that condominiums have the reputation of being hard to sell, so we had some concerns, but Pat didn't ... she knew she could sell it, and she sold it quickly! There was another condo unit in the same building as ours, almost identical to ours, and it was for sale at a slightly lower price. Even though she had to show the potential buyers both condos, the buyers ended up buying our unit, no doubt due to Pat's experence and her polished selling skills. We met Pat in Oct. 2023 after my Dad passed away and we had to sell his condo. She was recommended to us by a former neighbor.
Pat was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. We had never sold a property before, and she helped walk us through every step of the process. She guided us through all the inspections and certificates that were needed to sell the condo.
When we needed outside help, she had reliable people to go to for cleaning, rug cleaning and plumbing and electric.
