Pat was skilled and professional and showed so much interest in selling our condo you would think she was the one who owned it! We knew that condominiums have the reputation of being hard to sell, so we had some concerns, but Pat didn't ... she knew she could sell it, and she sold it quickly! There was another condo unit in the same building as ours, almost identical to ours, and it was for sale at a slightly lower price. Even though she had to show the potential buyers both condos, the buyers ended up buying our unit, no doubt due to Pat's experence and her polished selling skills. Pat is an experienced realtor with excellent organizational skills. Her attention to detail allowed me to concentrate on getting our house ready for market while she did the rest. I did not have to concern myself with the (voluminous) documentation aspects of selling as Pat took care of that. She sent me timely reminders of things to do (various inspections, etc.) and arranged many of them herself. Pat is well networked with key players in the industry, making the process all the more smooth. She patiently explained aspects of the process when I was concerned issues would become roadblocks, which they didn't.
